Yes. Adding a module mid-subscription is a common and non-destructive operation. The existing configuration (knowledge base, security settings, connected integrations, conversation history) is fully preserved and automatically shared with the new module.

Mechanically: you contact your SkaLean advisor, a new onboarding project is initiated for the added module (5 to 10 days), and billing is adjusted pro-rata for the current month. The Duo or Trio discount is applied retroactively to your subscription if you move to 2 or 3 modules.

There are no migration fees or transition periods. Both modules run in parallel from the first day of the new deployment.
