Unified Platform

7 tools that don't talk to each other. SkaLean unifies them.

Every time you switch between ChatGPT, Zapier, Intercom, and Notion, you lose 23 minutes of focus. Your team doesn't adopt tools because there are too many. SkaLean unifies AI Studio, AI Assistant, and AI Automation in a single coherent interface.

The Context

What you experience with fragmented tools

These three problems are the daily reality of any team juggling 5 different AI tools. Each disappears with SkaLean.

Context lost between tools
The conversation in AI Studio is not accessible when you configure a workflow in AI Automation. The AI agent doesn't know what the automation just did. You enter the same information in each tool, hoping everything stays coherent. This context fragmentation is the number one source of errors and duplicates.
23 min of productivity lost with each tool switch
Fragile integrations that break
Your Zapier workflow connected to Intercom that syncs with Notion: each update to one of the three potentially breaks the other two. The technical manager spends an average of 4 hours per month repairing broken integrations. Each break means data not transmitted, workflows stopped, and customers without responses for hours.
4h/month lost repairing broken integrations
Dispersed data with no unified view
Your AI Studio conversations are in one tool, your automation statistics in another, your customer support metrics in a third. Producing a consolidated AI report requires manually exporting from three platforms. Without a unified view, you're flying blind with your AI and you can't justify investments.

Frequently Asked Questions

SkaLean isn't one more tool added to your stack — it's a unified platform that natively integrates three complementary modules: Studio AI (knowledge base and document search), AI Assistant (multichannel conversational agents), and AI Automation (no-code workflows). These three modules share the same database, the same administration interface, the same connectors, and the same authentication layer. Context flows freely between them: an automation can trigger an agent response that consults Studio AI to draw on a specific document.

With separate tools (ChatGPT + Zapier + Intercom + Notion), each tool has its own context, its own data, and its own dashboard. The result: you spend 23 minutes recovering your context with each tool switch, your data is never perfectly synchronized, and you produce reports by manually exporting from three platforms.

On average, an SMB of 10 to 30 employees using SkaLean replaces 5 to 7 distinct tools. Typical list of tools SkaLean consolidates:

  1. ChatGPT Teams or Copilot: replaced by Studio AI and SkaLean AI agents, with the advantage of being anchored in your internal documents rather than general knowledge.
  2. Zapier or Make: replaced by SkaLean AI Automation, with the advantage of the AI decision layer these tools lack.
  3. Intercom or Freshdesk: replaced by SkaLean AI Assistant, deployed on the same channels (WhatsApp, website, email).
  4. Notion or Confluence (document base): replaced by Studio AI for intelligent search in your documents.
  5. Twilio or an SMS/email sending tool: absorbed by the communication channels integrated in the AI Assistant.

What SkaLean does not replace: specialized business tools (ERP, CRM, accounting software) — SkaLean connects to them via its 200+ native connectors rather than replacing them.

Migration follows a structured 4-phase process, managed by our team:

  1. Phase 1 — Audit (2 to 3 days): inventory of all your current tools, data flows, and existing workflows. We identify what needs to migrate and what can be abandoned.
  2. Phase 2 — Document import (1 to 3 days): your documents from Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion are imported and indexed in Studio AI. No preparation required on your part.
  3. Phase 3 — Automation recreation (3 to 10 days depending on complexity): your Zapier or Make workflows are recreated in SkaLean's visual builder, often improved with AI nodes.
  4. Phase 4 — Training and cutover (1 to 2 days): team training (4 hours on average), optional parallel run period, then cancellation of old subscriptions.

Data loss guarantee: SkaLean deletes nothing from your old systems. You retain access to your old tools throughout the transition.

SkaLean is designed to coexist with your existing tools, not force them to disappear. Three common coexistence configurations:

  1. Coexistence with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive): SkaLean connects to your CRM via native connector. The AI agent can read and write to your CRM, and automations can trigger actions in your CRM. Your CRM remains your commercial source of truth.
  2. Coexistence with an ERP (SAP, NetSuite, Sage): same logic — SkaLean orchestrates flows that involve your ERP without replacing it. AI can extract data from an invoice and send it to your ERP.
  3. Partial coexistence: you can migrate only certain modules. Example: adopt Studio AI and AI Assistant but keep your existing automation tool if your workflows are very sector-specific.

In all cases, SkaLean publishes complete logs of all interactions with third-party tools, giving you a unified view of your AI activity even in hybrid mode.

SkaLean offers three levels of integration with your non-replaceable tools:

  1. Native connectors (200+ tools): for the most common tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), pre-built connectors are available and configurable in minutes without code. Supported actions: read, write, real-time triggers.
  2. Generic REST API: for any tool with a REST API, SkaLean can send and receive data via visually configurable HTTP calls. 95% of modern tools have a REST API.
  3. Bidirectional webhooks: your tool can send events to SkaLean (e.g., a new opportunity created in your CRM triggers a SkaLean workflow), and SkaLean can send events to your tool.

Concrete use case: an invoice received in your email inbox, SkaLean extracts data via AI, sends it to your SAP ERP via API, creates the accounting entry, notifies your accountant on Slack if the amount exceeds a configured threshold. None of these tools are replaced — they are orchestrated.

Savings are of two kinds: direct (cancelled subscriptions) and indirect (time recovered).

Typical direct savings for a 10-employee SMB:

  • ChatGPT Teams cancelled: $250/month
  • Zapier Professional cancelled: $99/month
  • Intercom Starter cancelled: $74/month
  • Notion Teams cancelled: $160/month
  • Twilio communication usage cancelled: $80/month

Total cancelled subscriptions: ~$663/month. SkaLean standard plan cost (10 users): $97 to $197/month depending on modules. Net subscription savings: $466 to $566/month.

Indirect savings: 23 minutes recovered per tool switch, training reduced from 3 weeks to 4 hours for a new employee, 4 hours/month of integration maintenance eliminated. Estimated total ROI: between $850 and $950/month saved for a 10-employee SMB that has fully migrated to SkaLean.
